The idea of SMENG is to be a support group for SBC´s small to medium sized corporate members that are interested in meeting like-minded professionals. The main objectives for members in this networking group is to motivate, share varying perspectives as well as lend a helping hand with the available skill sets members possess within the group. Members can share trends, topics and techniques to support innovation, entrepreneurship, economic trends and HR-policies. 

SMENG could also gives the opportunity to recognise, create or act upon potential business opportunities and a chance to build strong relationships with industry peers, referral partners and future clients.
