We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

  • to fulfil your registration and membership with SBC.

  • to process payments, billing and collection;

  • to analyse and improve our services and communications;

  • to communicate with you about matters related to your membership or interests in SBC. To keep you updated about our services and events; to send you client surveys, marketing campaigns, or other promotional activities; and

Where you give us consent:

  • to communicate with you to keep you updated on our services and events. (including newsletters, e-mails and surveys). We will only provide you with marketing related information after you have, where legally required to do so, opted in to receive those communications and having provided the opportunity for you to opt out at any time.

We never share your personal data with anyone.

If any of the personal data that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address or if you wish to cancel any request you have made of us, or if you become aware we have any inaccurate personal data about you, please let us know by contacting us here.
