The Norwegian Seamen’s centre is a meeting place for Scandinavian residents and tourists in Dubai and the UAE. For 45 years The Norwegian Seamen’s Center has been in Dubai – and for just as many years we have been financially supported by Scandinavian corporations, so we still can be able to play an important role in this part of the world. The Norwegian Seamen’s Center in Dubai runs a social, cultural and religious club among Scandinavians in the UAE. To many, both corporate and private, we are an important partner for support, conversations and crisis management. We see people when they need to be seen, and we are available 24/7.

Apart from Sunday church services the church also arranges weddings, christenings and confirmations. They also have clubs for Youth and toddlers as well, their famous Street Hockey (in Swedish - Bandy).

There are also options to rent an apartment for people coming to the UAE for a short term to work in the UAE.
