Office Manager & Marketing Specialist (Part-time)

 
 

Location: Munters UAE Branch Office, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Munters, a global leader in climate control solutions, is looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager & Marketing Specialist to join our small, close-knit team in the UAE. This is a part-time position (50%) offering flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Manage daily office operations, including legal paperwork, finance tasks, supplies, and administrative duties

Ø Plan and execute local marketing activities such as newsletters and seminars

Ø Support our distributors in the EMEA region with marketing

Ø Foster a positive work environment and help keep our small team connected and motivated

Qualifications:

Ø Previous experience in office management and marketing is preferred

Ø Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Ø Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal

Ø Familiarity with the UAE business environment is a plus

You would report directly to the Business Unit Manager for EMEA, based in Sweden.
