Speaker: Sohail Pedari has been working with clients during 26 years of his career within hospitality operations and global sales. In 2020 he took the step towards sharing these experiences through mentoring and coaching young leaders through Pedari Coaching and answering questions such as: "How do I lead to impact in the right way and get the results that I am asked to deliver at top level?" Soheil works with young and aspiring leaders as well as seasoned leaders that are looking for a change and breaking patterns.
