Managing risk in this permanent context of uncertainty is more complex than ever.

In this interactive breakfast seminar, our member Johnny Kollin will guide us through the essentials of risk management for small and medium enterprises. He will also share practical tips on how you can use risk management as a competitive advantage to increase the chance of succeeding with your business strategy.

About the speaker

Johnny Kollin is the founder of Várri Consultancy – a Dubai-based management consulting boutique focused on strategy and risk. Before establishing Várri Consultancy, Mr. Kollin occupied senior positions in banking and FinTech in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London and Stockholm.

Mr. Kollin holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. 

The event will follow any Covid Guidelines for Social Distancing set by the Dubai Government and the Hotel.
