Thank you to the the mentors and mentees of 2023/2024 Mentorship Program

The Nordic councils have now successfully concluded the six-month mentorship program for this round. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing mentors and mentees who participated.

This program, hosted by the Nordic Business Council networks, saw the involvement of 26 mentors and 26 mentees. Over the course of six months, they met periodically and worked towards various goals set together. This structure allowed for meaningful interactions, personal growth, and professional development.

The program kicked off with a launch event in October. During this event, mentees had the opportunity to request a specific mentor after a speed-networking session. The official program launch took place on October 18th. Following this, a mid-review meetup was held in January to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments. The program culminated in a Closing Dinner in April, where participants celebrated their achievements.

The benefits of a mentorship program like this are manifold. Mentorship provides a unique platform for knowledge transfer, skill development, and professional networking. It fosters an environment of learning and growth, where mentees gain invaluable insights and guidance from experienced mentors. At the same time, mentors benefit from the fresh perspectives and enthusiasm of their mentees, making it a mutually enriching experience.

Throughout this program, many fantastic stories were shared, and numerous significant achievements were made. The positive impact on both mentors and mentees was evident, showcasing the program's success in fostering professional and personal development.
