Homeville is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage serving buyers, sellers and tenants of various property types in the United Arab Emirates. Rasha is a real estate expert with many years of experience in the UAE market and shares her view on the current market and the do´s and dont´s.

Homeville was founded towards the end of 2020. Tell us a bit more about your decisions about why you started a real estate business.
The real estate market in the UAE is dynamic and we have seen how confusing it could be for international buyers to find the right investment in a market offering a wide selection of projects. We simply wanted to provide accurate information and honest advice in all transparency.
What is an attractive investment in one’s home country might be a second option in another country. Accessing the data to identify future trends is what we do to simplify decision-making for UAE-residents as well as overseas buyers.
We understand the difficulties and offer the solutions.
If you were to open Homeville today, what would you do differently?
We took small steps in the initial phase and those minimized risks. Luckily, no regrets!
However, our work is constantly under review and development. Mistakes are a natural part of life, and this is how we evolve.
The property market is currently booming, what are your suggestions on how to make the most out of this rise.
Location, location and location. Projects by the Sea and in Business areas are always a safe investment as you could do both short- and long-term rental.
When it comes to value appreciation, villas and townhouses have historically been great investments.
Abu Dhabi is a rising star in real estate development as its projects not only offer a fine lifestyle, culture, and tranquility but also an attractive price point.
The golden rule is to invest in what you can afford to keep.
Don’t rely on selling your property before the completion of the project.
Read your agreement and make sure you have at least the percentage required prior to resale of the property if needed.
