Who is Besnik Rashica?
My name is Besnik Rashica and I’m a harmonious father of four children, who moved to Dubai in 2016. I studied business in Sweden which is a strong interest in my life. Originally, I come from Kosovo and moved to Sweden when I was three years old. As a person, I’m incredibly competitive and want to achieve great success already at a younger age.
What were the main driving forces of why you started exactly Five Star Marketing?
I started Five Star Marketing about 18 months ago. I started the company with AI Google marketing because our AI is completely unique in every possible way. Our goal is to change the Google inflammation and to increase the conversion rates at the same time as we wanted to lower the PPC inflammation. We want to be unique and offer the customers something that is technically next to impossible and to achieve that, our AI is a must. AI is the future in many fields of work today, and in the near future it will take over more and more. Being the only digital marketing company in the UAE that uses AI for Google Ads it is completely unique and of course it is an incredibly good opportunity for me.

As mentioned, you focus on AI – how do you see this technique evolve during the next 10 years?
AI will take over more and more. You can already see different types of AI solutions in different problems. The advantages of working with AI makes things a lot easier. Within 10 years I would say that a large part of the world will look the same. With our AI generates our customers will see a conversion rate of at least +20% or more within just 90 days. The AI robot works around the clock, never takes a break and analyzes 500,000 different keywords per month. Thanks to our great achievements, we have been honored to become members of the Forbes Technology Council and at the same time we are the only Digital Marketing agency in the UAE that is a Premier Partner of Google.
What are some of the proud initiatives you have driven during these years?
During my working years, I have been involved in helping large companies become profitable again. Through our AI, we have helped customers achieve enormous success that they didn't realize was possible to achieve just by marketing themselves correctly. We have helped large companies around the world.
What are your dreams in life?
My dream in life is of course health and world peace. One of my biggest dreams has always been since childhood to open orphanages in less privileged parts of the world, and apart from that, I'm not going to stick under the chair and say that I wouldn't mind being financially independent one day.
