Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive at CallGear, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, working with businesses across diverse industries to help them unlock the full potential of their external communications. Your mission will be to expand our customer base, shape sales strategies, and showcase how CallGear’s solutions transform business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the UAE market.

  • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactive and goal-driven with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.

  • A fast learner, preferably with an IT background.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally in the B2B sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to address client challenges effectively.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
