Verneri Wirenius is a seasoned psychologist and corporate coach with over two decades of experience. After earning his degree in 1998, he spent nearly ten years teaching psychology at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. In 2008, he shifted to corporate coaching, where he has influenced various industries with his expertise.

As a co-founder of Generoi and Sparky, Verneri blends psychological insight with business. He focuses on productive well-being and sustainable performance, known for his quick trust-building, innovative thinking, and clear, precise communication. A also little known fact is that he used to be a rocksinger!

Co-host: Veera Orava

Veera Orava currently works as a versatile professional in therapeutic and consultative roles. She is a solution-focused brief therapist and a neuropsychiatric coach. Already at the age of four, she dove into her first job within the family business, igniting her curiosity for entrepreneurship and working with people.
