Creative problem solving - what to do when conventional thinking fails you

What if you could master the skills required to drastically improve your innovative abilities? What difference will you see when you tackle significant real-world challenges in more creative ways?

This workshop, hosted by the Young Professionals Network, is a high-impact, interactive session designed to transform your approach to problem solving in order to seize opportunities, realise goals and build the mindset of an innovator. You will experience how to think differently through an ideation framework that can be deployed to solve any challenge, big or small.

Building on previous year's successful career and personal branding workshops – the Swedish Business Council invites you to join the event with coach Dennis Kight, founder of it works!.

Speaker: Dennis Kight, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is the first Board Certified Executive Coach in the Middle East and Africa region. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development. He leverages his educational background along with his 20+ years of multinational corporate experience working with executives from around the world to deliver a practical approach to coaching that is framework driven and tailored to fit each client's individual needs and goals.

The event is aimed at the Young Professional members, but we also welcome anyone interested in the topic and especially encourage hiring managers and similar with an interested in employment.


Date: Monday 22nd May
Time: Registration at 6:30 – 6:45 pm. Workshop at 6:45 - 7:30 pm followed by networking and drinks.
Venue: Havana Social Club (Cigar Lounge area) at Caesars Palace, Bluewaters Island
Price: Free for Young Professionals. AED 50 all other members and AED 150 for pre-members. To be pre-paid via the registration link below.
Happy hour prices until 7:30 PM to be paid by everyone upon consumption.
Dress Code: Smart Casual
