MBG Corporate Services along with the Swedish, Finnish and Belgium Business Councils are organising a Business Breakfast to provide an awareness about the key provisions of the corporate tax law and transfer pricing regulations. This will come into force in the UAE effective on the 1st June 2023. How will it impact businesses – both being managed and operated by domestic and foreign corporates in the UAE? The session shall be helpful for the participants to have an overview of the key provisions of the corporate tax law and evaluate and consider its impact on their businesses. The speakers, will also deal with provisions which are important for the foreign companies already operating in the UAE or planning to venture this ever growing market having enormous potential.

During the second part we will discuss the process of obtaining an ICV-Certificate which is needed for bidding processes with participating entities (ADNOC, Aldar, Abu Dhabi Ports, ADDED, Mubadala, ENEC, to name few).
