Shaping Future Work Culture

  • Swedish Business Council UAE Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (map)

The Swedish Business Council is pleased to invite you to our upcoming event, organised by the AHK Business Women Forum, in partnership with talabat.

Researches have shown that the company culture plays a major role in sustaining a thriving workforce and ultimately the success of a business, yet company culture is still undervalued in many organisations. During our interactive session you will have the chance to discuss with our experts how to build a strong, positive and inclusive workplace that puts employee wellbeing at the center of the business strategy.

Future employees strive for purpose over a pay rise in certain positions and industries and value to become an active part in shaping the work environment. Improving work-life balance policies, work towards gender equality and diversity in the workplace and listen to and empower your employees will be key elements for a modern and healthy work culture.

Our speakers will share their successful strategies and initiatives within their companies that often does not even require huge financial budget, just a mindset towards a Can-Do attitude.

We are very excited to welcome you for a mutual exchange of experience.
