SBC is delighted to invite you to attend our “Role Models for Change” celebration of International Women’s Day in collaboration with Transform8.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, #BreaktheBias, is highlighted with a presentation of research on the topic of Stereotype Threat and how this affects women’s career advancement compared to their male counterparts. We will host an interactive panel of high caliber women, from both Swedish and International companies, who will share their career success stories and the challenges they faced along the way. The audience will then be invited to share their own stories and together we will co-create some key strategies for how we can create change - together.
