Julia Macmillan, Managing Director at The Learning Quest Ltd. She is a Management Development specialist with over 30 years’ experience in delivering high energy training workshops and one-to-one and team coaching at all levels. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, an MSc in Human Resource Development, and an Advanced diploma in Coaching. She is also an NLP practitioner and a Licensed Practitioner of Motivational Maps (diagnostic tool identifying what motivates you) and also a Licensed Practitioner of the DiSC model.
