According to the 2015 CIPD Annual Survey Report on Learning & Development, coaching by line managers and peers is rated among the most effective learning and development practice. Yet, it appears that in the Middle East, the idea of managerial coaching has still much room for a wider and deeper adoption both in national and multi-national organisations. Our speaker will provide an insight into leadership / executive coaching and coaching for and in organisations.
The speaker will be Dr. Oliver Wirth, General Manager MEEA of the sportswear company PUMA, Managing Director of PUMA Middle East and WABC certified business coach.
