The Nordic Mentorship Program Meet Up
Three months after the Mentorship Program kicked off we marked a milestone in our Nordic Mentorship Program 2023-2024 as we gathered the participating mentees and mentors this month for a captivating mid-program event. An enriching evening filled with shared stories, valuable tips, and celebrated progress – a true testament to the power of mentorship, where the discussions simply did not want to end.
At SBC, we're firm believers in the transformative impact of mentorship. It's more than just sharing experiences; it's about cultivating growth, forging lasting connections, and unlocking the full potential of every individual involved. Our mentorship program is a two-way street, fostering invaluable learning for both mentees and mentors alike.
